Text
Prosecution under sections5591.42and5591.43of the Revised Code shall be in the name of the state and be commenced within three months after the offense is committed. Sections5591.33to5591.43of the Revised Code do not take away from the board of county commissioners a right of action for damages, which it may have against a person for injury done to a bridge.
