Text
The board of county commissioners may contract for and purchase stone, gravel, earth, dirt, or other material necessary for the construction or keeping in repair of approaches or ways to bridges as required by section5591.24of the Revised Code. The cost of constructing such approaches and procuring such material shall be paid from the bridge fund of the county on the order of the board.
