Text
Sections5555.41to5555.49, inclusive, of the Revised Code apply to the proportion of the compensation, damages, and expenses of any improvement to be paid by any county or township if such improvement is authorized and constructed by any joint board of county commissioners, or by agreement entered into between such joint board and the board of township trustees of one or more townships.
