Text
When any road, the true course of which it is sought to fix, establish, and determine, is located in two or more counties, the petition provided for in section5553.18of the Revised Code shall be filed with the board of county commissioners of either county interested. The board of such county shall file within ten days a certified copy of said petition with the boards of the other counties interested, and the board of the county where the original petition is filed shall call a joint meeting of the boards of the counties interested, to be held within thirty days from the filing of such petition. Such proceedings shall be had by a joint board as are provided for in the case of a petition filed with a single board.
