Text
In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as interstate route number six hundred eighty, running in an easterly and westerly direction, between the intersection of that route and Market street and the intersection of that route and Glenwood avenue, in the municipal corporation of Youngstown only, shall be known as the "Frank Watson Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
