Text
In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number three hundred forty-eight, running in an easterly and westerly direction, between the intersection of that route and state route number one hundred four and the intersection of that route and state route number seventy-three, in Scioto county only, shall be known as the "Roy Rogers Happy Trails Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
