Text
In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number eight hundred, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and Ross Kennon road and the intersection of that route and Shannon road, in Belmont county, shall be known as the "Steven Lowell Cook Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
