Text

The northbound and southbound lanes of state route number sixty-one between the intersection of that route and state route number one hundred thirteen and the intersection of state route number sixty-one and Mason road, in Erie county, shall be known as the "SGT David Sexton Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
