Text
The bridge spanning West Branch Conneaut creek that is part of state route number seven and that is located in the municipal corporation of Conneaut in Ashtabula county shall be known as the "Sgt. Thomas Cole Walker Memorial Bridge."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
