Text
In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route number ninety-seven, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction between the municipal corporations of Bellville and Butler, in Richland county, shall be known as the "Firefighter Charles D. Swank Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
