Text
In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the southbound lane of state route number forty-six, between the intersection of that route and Youngstown drive and the intersection of that route and state route number four hundred forty-six, in Mahoning county, shall be known as the "Dispatcher T.J. D'Apolito Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
