The eastbound and westbound lanes of United States route number two hundred twenty-four between the intersection of that route and Diana drive and the Pennsylvania border, in Mahoning county, shall be known as the "Poland Township Police Officer Charles K. Yates Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
