Text
In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as United States route number thirty-three, running in a westerly and easterly direction, between the intersection of that route and north Souder avenue and the intersection of that route and west fifth avenue, in Franklin county only, shall be known as the "Officer Thomas Hayes Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
