Text

That portion of the road known as state route number four, commencing at interstate seventy in Clark county and extending in a northeasterly direction to the western-most boundary of the municipal corporation of Springfield, shall be known as the "Heritage Parkway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
