Text

That portion of the road known as interstate route six hundred seventy, commencing at its intersection with fourth street and extending to its intersection with international gateway at port Columbus, shall be known as the "Colonel Wilbur Blount, M.D., Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
