The Maud-Hughes road bridge spanning Gregory Creek in Butler county, located at mile twenty-three and eighteen-hundredths of state route number one hundred twenty-nine, shall be known as the "William R. Foster Bridge." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge, or the approaches thereto, indicating its name.
