Text

That portion of the road known as state route number forty-three, commencing at the intersection of that state route and Fairchild avenue within the city of Kent in Portage county and proceeding in a northerly direction to the northern boundary of Kent, shall be known as the "Spc. Adam S. Hamilton Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
