In addition to the designations in sections5533.35and5533.351of the Revised Code, the road known as interstate highway number ninety, located within the municipal corporation of Willoughby Hills in Lake county only, shall be known as the "Cpl. Joshua Harmon Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
