Text

The bridge spanning the Vermillion river, located in the community of Birmingham in Erie county and being a part of the highway known as state route number one hundred thirteen, shall be known as the "Staff Sgt. James P. Hunter Memorial Bridge." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
