A sign may be displayed adjacent to an interstate highway system that uses light-emitting diode lighting if the sign is located within the boundaries of a tourism development district designated by a township under section503.56of the Revised Code or a municipal corporation under section715.014of the Revised Code except to the extent limited or prohibited by this chapter, any rule adopted under this chapter, or any zoning regulation adopted by a county, municipal corporation, or other local zoning authority with jurisdiction.
