Text
(A)Whoever violates division (A) of section5502.37of the Revised Code shall be fined fifty dollars or imprisoned for not less than sixty days, or both.
(B)Whoever violates division (B) of section5502.37of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five thousand nor more than ten thousand dollars, or imprisoned for not less than one nor more than five years, or both.
(C)Whoever violates division (C) or (D) of section5502.37of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than two thousand nor more than five thousand dollars, or imprisoned for not less than one nor more than five years, or both.
(D)Except as provided in divisions (A), (B), and (C) of this section and unless another penalty is provided by the laws of this state, whoever violates sections5502.21to5502.37of the Revised Cod
