Text
There is hereby created in the state treasury the justice program services fund. The fund shall consist of the court costs designated for the fund pursuant to section2949.094of the Revised Code and all money collected by the division of criminal justice services for nonfederal purposes, including subscription fees for participating in the Ohio incident-based reporting system under division (C) of section5502.62of the Revised Code, unless otherwise designated by law. The justice program services fund shall be used to pay costs of administering the operations of the division of criminal justice services.
