(A)(1) When funds are available for criminal justice purposes pursuant to section5502.64of the Revised Code, the division of criminal justice services shall provide funds to metropolitan county criminal justice services agencies for the purpose of developing, coordinating, evaluating, and implementing comprehensive plans within their respective counties. The division of criminal justice services shall provide funds to an agency only if it complies with the conditions of division (B) of this section.
(2)When funds are available for juvenile justice purposes pursuant to section5502.64of the Revised Code, the department of youth services shall provide funds to metropolitan county criminal justice services agencies for the purpose of developing, coordinating, evaluating, and implementing co
