Text

A civil defense certificate, when issued, shall be sent by registered mail to the applicant and notice of such issuance, in the form of certified copies thereof, shall be sent by registered mail by the certifying authority to the tax commissioner and to the county auditor of the county in which any property to which the same relates is located. Notice of the order of the certifying authority denying, revoking, or modifying a civil defense certificate, in the form of certified copies thereof, shall be sent by registered mail to the applicant or the holder thereof and to the tax commissioner and such county auditor. The applicant or holder and the tax commissioner and such county auditor are parties for the purpose of the review afforded by section5502.45of the Revised Code.
