Text

Application for a civil defense certificate of necessity shall be filed at such time, in such manner, and in such office as may be prescribed by rule adopted pursuant to section5502.51of the Revised Code, but no later than the expiration of six months after the beginning of construction, reconstruction, erection, or installation of the structure or the acquisition of the equipment. The application shall be in such form as may be prescribed by that rule and shall contain plans and specifications of the structure or structures, including all materials incorporated or to be incorporated therein, and a descriptive list of all equipment acquired or to be acquired.
