Text
Enforcement agents of the department of public safety shall comply with the certification requirements established in section109.77of the Revised Code, take an oath of office, and receive from the governor, upon recommendation of the director of public safety, a commission indicating authority to make arrests as provided in section5502.14of the Revised Code.
