Text
If any person, whether grantor, grantee, mortgagor, mortgagee, lessor, lessee, or other person in interest, dies after the execution of any instrument affecting land and before registration thereof, the registration of such instrument may be proceeded with in accordance with sections5309.02to5310.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, and shall be valid notwithstanding such death.
