Every deed or other voluntary instrument which is presented for registration, and every instrument or paper filed with the county recorder by any person or officer under sections5309.02to5310.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, or any amendment thereof, for the purpose of acquiring or affecting in any way an involuntary interest in, or lien or charge upon registered land, shall contain or have indorsed upon it the full name, county of residence, and post-office address of the grantee or other person who acquires, or claims, or is seeking to acquire or claim, an interest under such instrument, or to affect thereby some estate or interest in, or lien or charge upon said registered land.
