Text
In all cases provided for in section5309.72of the Revised Code the claimant shall, within ten days after filing an affidavit described in such section, notify the registered owner by registered letter with five days' return card thereon, directed to such owner's registered address, of the filing of such affidavit and claim and make proof thereof to the satisfaction of the county recorder. Every claimant failing to serve such notice within said ten days, or to make proof of such notice within thirty days after such filing, releases said claim and waives his right to have such claim appear upon the register, and the recorder shall cancel it.
