Text
Rights of dower and to an exemption under division (A)(1) of section2329.66of the Revised Code shall attach to registered land, subject to the limitations contained in sections5309.02to5310.21of the Revised Code, but unless it appears on the last registered certificate of title that such rights are so attached before any person has acquired an interest in the land in good faith and for a valuable consideration, the person shall not be prejudiced.
