Trusts may be declared upon registered land, or upon any interest therein, by deed or other instrument in writing, fully and clearly defining the trusts, conditions, and limitations, and the powers and duties of the trustee and giving his name, residence, and post-office address and the name, residence, and post-office address of each beneficiary. When such deed of trust or other instrument is filed with the county recorder, accompanied with the owner's duplicate certificate of title, if the recorder finds that the grantor had the right to make such grant, and the trustee had the right to receive it, and the instrument conforms to sections5309.02to5310.21, inclusive, of the Revised Code, he shall register such instrument as other instruments are registered.
