(A)The county recorder shall keep tract indexes if the board of county commissioners orders the recorder to do so and provides the proper records for those indexes. In those indexes, the recorder shall enter the lands registered in the numerical order of the townships, ranges, and sections, or original surveys, and, in the case of subdivisions, the blocks and lots in the subdivisions; the name of the owners; and a reference to the volume and folium of the register in which the lands are registered. The recorder shall keep alphabetical indexes in which shall be entered in alphabetical order the names of all registered owners and all other persons interested in, or holding charges upon, registered land, a short description of the land, the nature of the dealing, and a reference to the volum
