Text
On and after the effective date of this section, no county recorder shall do any of the following:
(A)Transcribe or bind in the register of titles and, if applicable, file a certified copy of a decree of registration sent by the clerk of a probate court pursuant to section5309.25of the Revised Code, if the decree sets forth any restrictive covenant that appears to apply to the land involved and any inclusion of the restrictive covenant in a transfer, rental, or lease of housing accommodations, any honoring or exercising of the restrictive covenant, or any attempt to honor or exercise the restrictive covenant constitutes an unlawful discriminatory practice under division (H)(9) of section4112.02of the Revised Code;
(B)Make and deliver to the owner of land or that owner's authorized atto
