When proof of service of all orders of notice issued and when the probate court or the court of common pleas is satisfied that all necessary defendants are properly before the court, the court shall appoint a disinterested person, other than the examiner of titles by whom the title was examined and reported upon, to act as guardian ad litem for persons under any disability, and for all persons not in being, unascertained, unknown, or out of the state, who may have an interest, which is vested, contingent, in expectancy, or otherwise. The compensation of the guardian under the schedule of fees set forth in section5310.15of the Revised Code shall be determined by the court and paid as part of the costs in the case.
