Text
A person appointed according to the laws of any other state or country to take charge of the estate of an incompetent person not a resident of this state, upon being authorized in this state to take charge of such estate situated therein, may act in the partition of the estate the same as the guardian of an incompetent person is authorized to do by section5307.19of the Revised Code.
