Text
If the successful claimant, his heirs, or their guardians, elect to receive the value of the land without the improvements assessed under section5303.11of the Revised Code, to be paid by the occupying claimant, and tender a general warranty deed of the land conveying such adverse or better title, within the time allowed by the court for the payment of the money, and the occupying claimant refuses or neglects to pay it to him, his heirs, or their guardians within such time, a writ of possession shall be issued in favor of the successful claimant, his heirs, or their guardians.
