Sections5301.80to5301.92of the Revised Code modify, limit, or supersede the "Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act," 114 Stat. 464 (2000), 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq., as amended, except that sections5301.80to5301.92of the Revised Code do not modify, limit, or supersede section 101 of that act, 15 U.S.C. 7001(a), as amended, or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in section 103 of that act, 15 U.S.C. 7003(b), as amended.
