Text

The medicaid director shall adopt rules under section5166.02of the Revised Code to do all of the following:

(A)For the purpose of division (F)(1)(a) of section5166.402of the Revised Code, establish requirements regarding preventative health services for healthy Ohio program participants. The requirements may differ for participants of different ages and genders.
(B)For the purpose of division (G)(2) of section5166.402of the Revised Code, authorize additional uses of a buckeye account and establish the means for using the account for those purposes.
(C)For the purpose of division (A)(3) of section5166.403of the Revised Code, establish requirements for the use of a healthy Ohio program debit swipe card to pay for the costs of medically necessary health care services not covered by the
