Text

(A)The medicaid director shall establish a system under which points are awarded in accordance with this section to healthy Ohio program debit swipe cards. One dollar of medicaid funds shall be deposited into a healthy Ohio program participant's buckeye account for each point awarded to the participant under this section.
(B)The director shall provide a one-time award of twenty points to a healthy Ohio program participant who provides for the participant's contributions under division (C) of section5166.402of the Revised Code to be made by electronic funds transfers from the participant's checking or savings account. Twenty points shall be deducted from the participant's card if the participant terminates the electronic funds transfers.
(C)The director may award up to two hundred poin
