Text

The department of health shall be the designee  of the department of medicaid for the purpose of conducting a  hearing pursuant to section3721.162of the Revised Code  concerning a nursing facility's decision to transfer or discharge  a resident if the resident is a medicaid recipient or medicare  beneficiary.
