The authority, under state and federal law, of the department of medicaid or a county department of job and family services to recover excess medicaid payments made to a medicaid provider is not limited by the availability of remedies under sections5162.21and5162.23of the Revised Code for recovering benefits paid on behalf of medicaid recipients.
