(A)As used in this section:
(1)"Presumptive eligibility error rate" means the rate at which a qualified entity or qualified provider deems an individual presumptively eligible for medicaid under sections5163.10to5163.102of the Revised Code when the individual is ineligible for the medicaid program.
(2)"Qualified entity" has the same meaning as in section5163.101of the Revised Code.
(3)"Qualified provider" has the same meaning as in section5163.10of the Revised Code.
(B)Notwithstanding sections5163.10to5163.102of the Revised Code, the department of medicaid shall require each qualified entity or qualified provider that has a presumptive eligibility error rate exceeding seven and one-half per cent in a calendar month to do both of the following:
