Text
Whenever names, addresses, or other information relating to medical assistance recipients is held by any agency other than the department of medicaid or a county department of job and family services, that other agency shall adopt rules consistent with sections5160.45to5160.481of the Revised Code to prevent the publication or disclosure of names, lists, or other information concerning those recipients.
