Text
When the board of trustees appointed under section5153.39of the Revised Code does not choose an established institution in one of the counties of the district it may select a suitable site for the erection of a district children's home. Such site must be easily accessible, and when, in the judgment of the board, it is equally conducive to health, economy in purchasing or in building, and to the general interest of the home and inmates, such site shall be as near as practicable to the geographical center of the district. When only two counties form such district the site shall be as near as practicable to the dividing line between such counties.
