Text
A majority of the board of trustees appointed under section5153.39of the Revised Code constitutes a quorum. Board meetings shall be held quarterly. The executive secretary of each of the counties of the district organized pursuant to section5153.36of the Revised Code shall attend such meetings, or shall designate a member of his staff to do so. The members of the board shall receive no compensation for their services, except their actual traveling expenses, which, when properly certified, shall be allowed and paid.
