Text
When any person donates or bequeaths the person's real or personal estate, or any part thereof, to the use and benefit of a district children's home, the board of trustees of the home may accept and use such donation or bequest as they deem for the best interests of the institution, and consistent with the conditions of such bequest. The facilities or services to be established or maintained through any such gift shall be subject to the approval of the department of children and youth.
