Text

Boards of township trustees, the superintendent of any county home, and other officers and employees of any county, municipal corporation, or other political subdivisions of the state shall make a report to the public children services agency respecting any child in the county coming to their attention, who is deemed to be in need of public care. No child shall be kept or maintained in any county home, except with the approval of the public children services agency of such county.
