(A)Notwithstanding division (I)(1) of section2151.421, section5153.17, and any other section of the Revised Code pertaining to confidentiality, when a public children services agency has determined that child abuse or neglect occurred and that abuse or neglect involves a person who has applied for licensure as a type A family child care home or type B family child care home, the agency shall promptly provide to the department of children and youth any information the agency determines to be relevant for the purpose of evaluating the fitness of the person, including, but not limited to, both of the following:
(1)A summary report of the chronology of abuse and neglect reports made pursuant to section2151.421of the Revised Code of which the person is the subject where the agency determined
