Text
The director shall not disclose any information pursuant to section5153.172of the Revised Code if a judge of the common pleas court of the county the deceased child resided in at the time of death determines, on motion of the public children services agency, that disclosing the information would not be in the best interest of a sibling of the deceased child or another child residing in the household the child resided in at the time of death.
