(A)Notwithstanding sections2151.421,3701.243,5153.17, and any other section of the Revised Code pertaining to confidentiality and unless precluded by section5153.173of the Revised Code, the director shall disclose the following information concerning a deceased child in accordance with section5153.171of the Revised Code:
(1)The child's name;
(2)A summary report of the chronology of abuse or neglect reports made pursuant to section2151.421of the Revised Code of which the child is the subject and the final disposition of the investigations of the reports or, if investigations have not been completed, the status of any investigations;
(3)Services provided to or purchased for the child or to which the child was referred by a public children services agency;
(4)Actions taken by a publi
